Conditions of entry:

1.        Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.

2.        Entry is limited to all residents of Australia in NSW, Vic and QLD over the age of 18 years except employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families.

3.        The flights, as part of the prize:

o        Are subject to availability, to and from the nominated destination chosen by the winning entrant.

o        All travel must be completed within 12 months of the draw date.

Prize details:

4.        Promotion commences 12^th March 2009; entries close at midnight AEST 29^th May 2009 . The promotion ends on 1^st September 2009..

5.        Draw details: The competition will be drawn at midday 30^th May 2009. The draw will take place at: FirstRock Mortgage Centre, Level 1, 47 Ashmore Rd Bundall Queensland. The major prize winner will be the first valid entry drawn.

6.        Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

9.        The prize winner will be contacted by the Promoter via email and phone in the week commencing Monday 1^st June 2009 to the email address provided in the entry.

10.     Details of all prize winners will be published in the Sydney Morning Herald on 1^st June 2009.

11.     All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into FirstRock database NOT time of transmission by the entrant.

12.     Any costs in excess of the value of the Prize (including GST) are the responsibility of the winner. Excess amounts will be paid by the winner in full at the time of booking flights prior to tickets being issued.

13.     Three (3) attempts over a 2 week period will be made to contact the prize winners. If the prize remains unclaimed after 90 days, the promoter will conduct a second chance draw on 31^st August 2009 at 12:00pm midday subject to any written directions given under Lottery and Gaming Regulations. Any second chance draw will be held at FirstRock Mortgage Centre, Level 1, 47 Ashmore Rd Bundall Queensland.

14.     The second chance prize winner will be contacted by the Promoter via email and phone in the week commencing Monday 31^st August 2009 to the email address provided in the entry.

15.     Details of all prize winners will be published in the Sydney Morning Herald on 1^st September 2009.

16.     The entrant releases from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
